Happy New Year!
Wow!! Tonight at midnight 2018 will close his book and a 2019 will roll the carpet for us. What a year it has been!! If I could sum it up in one word, I can say ” Fantastic” with no hesitation.
Lots of growth, personal and business. So many wonderful opportunities that were place upon my path. I am blessed beyond believe and for that, I am thankful to God for all the blessing that he bestowed upon me and my family.
I have had a great opportunity to start and grow a new business, http://www.GKCoupons.com . It has been challenging and yet rewarding in so many levels. Lots of hours of hard work to get the site going. I am happy how it grew, how the follower base grew and the feedback.
My baby and love http://www.GiangisKitchen.com has had a new face lift and the feed back have been fantastic not to mention the growth. As you all know cooking is one of my passions thus giving me an internal peace once I am in my kitchen preparing meals for my wonderful family. What made it even more fun is the photography. I always loved to take pictures, however when I decided to do blogging more full time I have upped my food photography game. My passion grew even more and I look forward to more fun in the kitchen.
Personally, I could not be prouder of my son. He is the love of my life. Even thou he is a teenager and needs me less, we both make sure that we spend as much time together as we can. I also learn so much from him. He is so involved with making movies and social media with his trains that brainstorming with him and get his generation point of view it’s a wonderful experience. A fresher outlook in life. Not only it is helpful to me but it keeps me young at heart and able to widen my audience reach.
We added a new furry baby, Fergus. It has brought hours of happiness, chasing and teaching. Mommy’s boy for sure.
What am I looking forward to 2019? Lots of new recipes, lots of travel, love, health, happiness and more time with my son.
More time writing and finishing my cook book…. so many project that I want to tackle… I guess one at the time…
May the New Year
