Top 9 Beauty Products That I Love
I feel like I am coming out of the holiday season fog. Back to business and look forward again to the routine. Routine of our daily activities, as well as my personal beauty routine. Strange as this may sound, but during the holiday I wore more make up and yet took less care of my skin. Therefore, here I am to get back on track on both areas of my life.
Based on recent years, it seems that the need for beauty tends to just keep growing in popularity. Due to endless YouTube makeup tutorials and the unspoken rule to look your best on social media, the beauty industry has grown tremendously over the years.
According to Business Insider, the beauty industry’s market value was $532.43 billion in 2019.
Although the term “beauty products” is mostly used to refer to cosmetics, it also includes skin care.
The below products are my personal recommendation. Tried, love them and I do recommend that you incorporate them into your routines.
Skincare Products
Since 2017, skin care has become a beneficial trend. Not only does it have the ability to make your skin glow, but it also promotes facial hygiene. Here are some skincare products you can use to incorporate into your morning and nightly routines:
Cleanser: Herbivore Botanicals Pink Clay Dry Mask
Reveal a brighter, softer complexion with gentle exfoliating treatment. Perfect for the winter months when our skin is subject to extreme weather conditions. Vegan, gluten-free, cruelty-free and no unnatural preservatives
Toner: Givenchy Ready to Cleanse Water Skin Toner
Any facial product that contains alcohol can be too harsh on the skin and causes you to look older than you really are. Applied immediately after cleansing, your skin will conditioned, soft, soothed and perfectly ready for treatment to follow. Perfect for dry and sensitive skin.
Dry Skin Moisturizer: Natura Bisse C+C Vitamin Cream
One of my favorite companies, Natura Bisse C+C Vitamin Cream restores elasticity, tone and firmness due to the extreme amount of vitamin C. Excellent day cream.
Moisturizer anti aging: Chanel Sublimage La Creme
The ultimate skin regeneration moisturizer. Anti-aging, light, and ultra-pure natural ingredients helps revitalize and restore. A must for a youthful, radiant appearance.
Make Up Products
After you have prepped with your skin care routine, you can proceed to apply on makeup. Here are some of the most popular as well as my favorite makeup you can incorporate into your beauty life. I left out eyeshadows, blush and eye liners. My one and only favorite are Chanel. Soft and long lasting. Too many colors to choose so I leave that up to you. However, here are my favorite:
Primer: Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless Filter
My favorite and I always use it before my foundation. A new revolutionary category of make-up. Primer, highlighter complexion booster. Blends like silk and leaves your skin with a soft dewy glow. If you do not have one, you must get one.
Foundation: Chanel Les Beiges Healthy Glow Foundation
Smooth glide-on foundation that creates a natural-looking healthy glow by giving skin radiance of a day spent outdoors. Light weight and natural.
Concealer: Charlotte Tilbury The Retoucher Concealer
All your imperfections will disappear with the click of a button. Blends seamlessly with your natural skin tone.
Mascara: Chanel Inimitable Intense Mascara Multi-Dimensionnel Sophistique.
Finding the right mascara can be difficult, especially if you are looking for a voluminizing one. This Chanel one is one of the best. Long wearing lashes, thicker and curled. Furthermore, each lash is still precisely separated. No clumping of flaking.
Lipstick: Tarte Color Splash Lipstick
Luscious, long wearing pigment with this vegan lipstick. Wear comfortably, weightless and long lasting, up to 12 hours. Will not feather of bleed. To me very important.
